2. Road & Driving Safety Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Do not operate, configure, or interact with mobile screens while actively operating a motor vehicle or motorcycle. Always obey local traffic laws, speed limits, and highway regulations. SMVenture applications are informational tools and do not substitute for alert, defensive driving.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and logos associated with SMVenture, RideBuddy, and SmartAutoConnect are the proprietary intellectual property of SMVenture.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
