In accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion Policy, SMVenture provides a straightforward pathway for users of our applications (including RideBuddy and SmartAutoConnect) to request full deletion of their account and associated data without requiring the mobile application to be installed.
What gets deleted upon request:
- User Profile (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Blood Group, Emergency ICE Contacts)
- Trip & Convoy History (Past routes, chat messages, polling votes)
- Uploaded Media (Trip photos, receipts, voice notes)
- Authentication credentials and device registration tokens (FCM tokens)
⚠️ Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal and telemetry data is permanently purged within 30 business days of submission.
